Aguila 5.56x45mm M193 NATO 55gr FMJ 3164fps – Factory Seconds Read Description

Why is this sold as seconds?
This ammunition was produced as part of a large production run and manufactured across multiple production lots. One lot had reports of possible squib conditions, so the manufacturer designated the entire run as seconds.

Is the affected lot being sold?
No. That lot was de-milled and is not being sold.

What lot am I getting?
Lot #MKE24J012001.

Has it been tested?
Yes. We fired approximately 1,530 rounds from this lot through a variety of firearms and observed zero failures. These results apply only to the rounds tested. They do not establish that the rest of the lot is free of defects or that squib loads will not occur.

This ammunition is sold AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee of reliability, consistency, or performance is made.

If you notice an unusual report, reduced recoil, or any other firing irregularity, stop firing immediately. Keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction and follow the firearm manufacturer’s unloading and inspection procedures. Do not fire again until any suspected barrel obstruction has been evaluated and cleared by a qualified gunsmith.
